摘要 面对日益多样化的客户需求和市场能够快速响应的生产状况,制造业领域的生产模式也朝着客户化、敏捷化、柔性化的方向发展,敏捷制造模式有望成为21世纪的发展趋势。讨论了将全能体Holon作为实施敏捷制造的现实技术问题,分析比较了目前国内外在此领域的研究现状。通过简单归纳Holon的定义,并对Holon的内部逻辑结构加以分析说明。提出了基于Holon的面向订单生产敏捷制造企业参考模型。 Facing the increasingly diverse needs of customers and the quickly responding production condition, the production mode of the manufacturing industry field is also developed to customization, agility and flexibility, and agile manufacturing mode will become the inevitable trend in the 21 century. The omnipotence of Holon, which was used to realize agile manufacturing technology, is discussed. The current researching status at home and abroad was analyzed. Based on the brief definition of Holon, the Holon internal logic structure was put forward and analyzed. At the same time,the application of Holon in manufacturing fields and reference architecture based on this concept was beneficially discussed. The Holon based reference model of agile manufacturing business enterprise for order-oriented production was put forward and the detailed analyses were given.
