摘要
传统的小区供水采用简单的水泵与水箱相结合的方式,缺少必要的控制环节,常常造成各楼层水压不恒定,并且由于采用恒速水泵,使供水系统电耗加大,造成能源浪费。针对传统供水系统的不足,基于模糊技术,研究了一种流量与压力双层模糊控制策略的控制系统。采用公式法与查表法结合来优化控制,分析了在变频故障情况下在线辨识压力死区的控制方案,进行了系统仿真。结果表明:系统控制性能得到了较大改善,性能指标明显优于传统PID控制系统。
Simple combination of water pump and water tank is used in conventional water supplying system of community, so the necessary control segment is lacked of, thus water pressure on each floor is not constant. The electric power consumption increases when usual pump with constant speed is used, and the energy is wasted. In accordance with defects of traditional water supplying system, a fuzzy technology based control system by using two-layer fuzzy control strategy of flow and pressure is studied. The combination of looking up in the fuzzy control table and using formula method is adopted. The control strategy of online recognition of pressure dead-band under faulty of frequency conversion is analyzed. The system is simulated. The results show that the performance of the system is improved, and the performance index is better than that in traditional PID control system.
