摘要 管塔是高压输气系统的重要组成部分。针对管塔人工焊接速度波动大、焊接不均匀、焊接状态等无法监控、焊接质量难以保证的现状,设计了一种管塔焊接的自动化监控系统。详细介绍了监控系统人机界面(HM I)加PLC的设计方案及实现方法。实践表明系统对提高产品的质量和产量起到了很重要的作用。该监控系统在生产同类产品的场合也有推广应用的价值。 Pipe tower is an important component in high-pressure gas transmission system. In the light of current statuses, e.g. unstable speed of manual welding of pipe tower, non-uniform welding, hard to monitor, and welding quality not to be ensured, an automatic monitoring system for tube tower jointing is designed. The design strategy and implementing method by adopting HMI plus PLC in monitoring and control system are introduced in detail. The practice shows that the system plays an important role in enhancing the quality and yield of products, it is worth to be propagated in other places of producing similar products.
