吻合器痔上黏膜环切术的并发症及防治对策

Complications and prevention of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids

目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术并发症的发生原因及防治对策。方法回顾分析26例重度痔病行吻合器痔上黏膜环切术的临床资料,分析并发症发生的原因及防治对策。结果尿潴留8例(30.8%),出血6例(23.1%),术后肛门疼痛4例(15.4%),严重疼痛1例(3.9%)。随访1￣24个月,1例复发。26例患者均无大便失禁、肛门狭窄等。结论吻合器痔上黏膜环切术的并发症主要有出血、疼痛、尿潴留、感染等,通过积极有效的处理可以预防和减少并发症的发生。

[Objective] To evaluate and analyze the postoperative comphcations induced from the operative of the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（PPH）. [Methods] Analyzing the chnical data of 26 patients with severe hemorrhoids operated by procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids. [Results] Complications include： urinary retention in 8 cases （30.8%）, hemorrhage in 6 cases （23.1%）, postoperative pain of anal in 4 cases （15.4%）, severe pain 1 case （3.9%）. During 1 to 24 months＇ follow-up, 1 case recrudesced and no case appeared encopresis or anal stenosis. [Conclusion] Comphcations after PPH mostly include hemorrhage, pain, infection and urinary retention, which can be prevented and decreased by active and effective treatment.
