慢性支气管炎患者血清肌红蛋白含量分析

Analysis of mass of serum myoglobin level in patients with chronic bronchitis

目的测定慢性支气管炎患者血清肌红蛋白含量,以协助慢性支气管炎患者的诊断和疗效观察。方法应用免疫透射比浊法对38例慢性支气管炎患者治疗前后及56例正常人的血清进行血清肌红蛋白测定,并对结果进行统计分析。结果治疗前患者组与正常对照组结果比较差异十分显著(P<0.01),患者组治疗前后测定结果比较相差亦十分显著(P<0.01),治疗后患者组与正常对照组结果比较差异没有显著性(P>0.05)。结论血清肌红蛋白测定能协助临床诊断慢性支气管炎及判断疗效。

[Objective] To know the quantity of Mb in the serum of chronic bronchitis. It is useful for diagnosis and treatment of chronic bronchitis. [Method] Using particle enhanced immunoturbidimetric test to detect Mb in the serum of 38 chronic bronchitis patients and 56 normal people and doing some referential analysis. [Result] The results of patient group and normal group are quite distinct （P 〈0.01）. After treatment, the results of patient group are also quite distinct with the one before treatment. [Conclusion] The detection of Mb in the serum is helpful to diagnose chronic bronchitis.
