摘要
对不同冷冻时间（２０ｓ和３ｍｉｎ）及不同方法保存的兔角膜膨胀率进行了测定。结果冷冻２０ｓ及３ｍｉｎ，新鲜角膜组膨胀率（％）分别为２９．４５±１．９，４９．７４±１．６（Ｐ＜０．０５）；冷冻保存组为３１．６５±０．８及５４．６７±２．７（Ｐ＜０．０５）；干燥保存组为７３．８２±７．７及８６．０９±１．３（Ｐ＜０．０５）。干燥保存组角膜膨胀率与新鲜组及冷冻保存组差异均有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示在角膜组织镜片加工时，应考虑不同保存方法和不同冷冻时间所造成的不同膨胀率对其厚度的影响，从而减少镜片加工时的屈光度误差。
Effects of different freezing times(20 seconds or 3 minutes) and different preserving methods on rabbit's cornea were detected.Results :After grafts were freezed 20 seconds or 3 minutes,the coefficient of expansion had significant differences among drying preserved group,fresh group and low temperature freezing group(P<0.01).The coefficient of expansion of these 3 preserved methods showed significant differences when freezing 20 seconds or 3 minutes(P<0.05).These results indicated the authors should consider the effects of different coefficients of expansion caused by defferent preserving methods and different freezing time during cornea processing and reduce the dioptric errors during the cornea processing.
