人工晶体植入术后角膜厚度的变化

THE CORNEAL THICKNESS AFTER THE POSTERIOR CHAMDER IOL IMPLANTATION

为探求人工晶体（ＩＯＬ）植入术后角膜内皮功能恢复的时间，对３４例（３５眼）老年性白内障行白内障囊外摘除加后房型ＩＯＬ植入术前后角膜厚度进行了观察。结果术后１ｄ，７ｄ角膜厚度较术前差异均有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），术后１５ｄ开始恢复，３０ｄ所有术眼角膜厚度基本恢复正常，与术前比较差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结果显示角膜内皮细胞损失较少（损失率＜５％）者，术后１５ｄ其厚度即恢复正常。提示角膜内皮功能恢复的快慢与内皮的损伤程度有关。而术后早期角膜水肿的主要原因是以角膜内皮功能受损为主，其恢复时间约１５ｄ。内皮细胞丢失较多者，其厚度的恢复则需较长时间。

Todetermine time of the postoperation corneal endothelial cell function recovery.Carefully observed the corneal thickness changes in 34 cases(35 eyes with senile cataract) after they had been performed combined With poterior chamber IOL implantation.When the changes of corneal thickness at one day and seven days postoperation were compared with preoperation.The results have been significant(P<0.01).When all of the corneal thickness at 30 days postoperation were compared with preoperation,the result is imsignificant(P>0.05).In the satuely,fourd some of the corneal thickness had recovered normally only 15 days after the operation.If their corneal endothelial cells loss rate is less than 5%.
