摘要
为探讨毛果芸香碱对角膜内皮的影响，对白内障囊外摘除加后房型人工晶体（ＩＯＬ）植入术中前房应用０．１％毛果芸香碱缩瞳的２３只眼，术后３～６个月使用非接触型内皮显微镜观察内皮细胞。结果内皮损失率为１７．３５％，术中不用毛果芸香碱缩瞳的对照组２８只眼内皮损失率为１６．４３％，两组经卡方检验差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结果提示后房型ＩＯＬ植入术中，前房内应用毛果芸香碱缩瞳对角膜内皮细胞无明显影响。
Among 23 extracapsular cataract extractions with PC IOL implantation the 0.1% pilocarpine were injected into the anterior chamber and thecorneal endothalium were followed up 3 to 6 months,by moncontract specular microscopy.The losed rate of endothelium was insignificant difference(P>0.05) in the pilocarpine group than the control group in 28 eyes without pilocarpine(16.93%).The results indicated that the 0.1% pilocarpine injected into anterior chamber can be saftly to PC IOL implantation.
