A harmonious soeiety is a human-interest-orientated society that focuses on human equality, fights and care. In the process of a harmonious society building, equality, efficiency and statuesque interests should be paid a coordinative attention to as well. The realization of a harmonious society is closely related to the insurance of basic law. Governing by law demands the renovation of notion, the strengthening of judicial ability and the maintaining of judicial equality.
