摘要
本文采用微生物琼脂扩散法测定体液中头孢氨噻肟的浓度,研究6名神经外科手术病人单次静脉注射2gCTX后血液和脑脊液中的药代动力学特征。结果表明:血液中药代动力学符合二室模型,脑脊液中药代动力学符合一室模型。血液中的t_(1/2)为1.166h;脑脊中的t_(1/2)(α)为1.847h,t_(1/2)(β)为6.122h,平均Cmax为1.96μg/ml,平均Tmax为4.844h。脑脊液AUC_(0~24)为血液AUC_(0~8)的18.89%。同时本文就研究结果进行了分析和讨论。
Using agar diffusion microbiological assay,cefotaxime(CTX) concentrations were determined in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) of six patients undergoing neurosurgical operations. Each subject received a single dose of 2g CTX by intravenous administration preoperatively. The CTX concentration VS time data were analysed with 3p87 software, The results showed that pharmacokinetic parameters in blood and in CSF could be described by two compartment and one compartment model,respectively. In blood,t was 1.166h and in CSF,t(α) and t(β) were 1.847h and 6.122h,respectively; Cmax and Tmax of CTX were 1.96μg/ml and 4.844h,respectively. AUC0~24 for CSF was 18.89%of AUC0~8 for blood.
