摘要
人才的引进与成长是我国中小企业信用担保机构形成并保持核心竞争力的重要因素。我国中小企业信用担保有自己的特点,根据人才的素质要求,只有构建良好的管理平台,才能保证引进人才业务水平的进一步提升,进而促进担保行业快速发展。
Recruitment and development of talents is the key for SMEs credit guarantee institute to keep core competition. On the basis of characteristics of credit guarantee for SMEs in China, the requests of talents are discussed. What is more, this paper brings forward the management mechanism to help the success in talents development.
