摘要
最近几年,我国房地产市场不断升温,促进了国民经济的发展,但大投资、大成本、大楼盘、大规模的集体涌现,增加了房地产市场的投资风险,因此对房地产风险管理是非常关键的。本文对参与房地产经济活动的有关主体的风险进行分析,为房地产风险管理提供依据,为促进房地产业的健康发展提供保障。
In recent years, the real estate market of our country is intensifying constantly, promoting the development of national economy. However, heavy investment, large cost and large building have extensively emerged, and have increased the investment risk of the real estate market, so it is very important to manage the risk of the real estate. This paper analyzes the risk of subjects which participate in the economic activity of real estate, offers the basis for risk management of the real estate, and provides sound develop environment for the real estate market.
