Measurement of Fiber Array Errors Based on Image Processing

摘要 利用计算机图像处理技术测量光纤阵列的几何间距误差,给出了光纤图像处理所应用到的阈值分割、形心计算等算法,进而计算出阵列中各光纤纤芯的间距;并且研究了图像的标定方法。其测量精度可达0.1μm。并自动分析和输出测量结果供生产监控,极大地提高了测量精度和生产效率。 Appling computer image processing technology to measure the size of fiber core in fiber array, the paper gives the arithmetic used by image processing about threshold segmentation and centrobaric calculation, Then the distance fiber core is calculated. The paper also talks over approaches to calibrate image. The measuring precision level can be achieved to 0.1μm. The system can automatically analyze and export measuring result to production controller, so measuring precision and efficiency of production are greatly improved.
