设计开发了一种用PLC和触摸屏实现精密扁钢精整的自动控制系统。介绍了扁钢精整的生产工艺和控制要求,并详细阐述了该控制系统的硬件组成和软件实现。本系统在实际应用中取得了显著的效果。
Control system based on PLC for finishing of flat steel was designed. Its producing flow and control requirements were discussed, it also described hardware and software of the control system. It has good effect in practice.
