摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定康妇消炎栓中苦参碱的含量。以Kromasil C18为色谱柱，流动相：乙腈-0．1%磷酸溶液（20：80），流速：1．0ml·min，检测波长：220nm。苦参碱的线性范围为0.4724～8．0308μg，r=0．99997，平均回收率95．27%（n=5），RSD为1.98%。本方法快速、简便、准确，专属性强，分离效果好。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of matrine in Kangfu Anti-inflammatory Suppository. A Kromasil C18 column was used with acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution （20 ： 80） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1, and the detecting wavelength was 220nm. The linear range of matrine was 0. 4724-8. 0308μg, r=0.99997, average recovery rate was 95.27% （n=5）, and RSD was 1.98%. The method was fast, simple, accurate, specific and with a good separation result.
