摘要
研究了一种新型低合金耐磨铸钢的组织特点及力学性能,探讨了成分、热处理工艺对该材料的组织、力学性能及耐磨性的影响。结果表明:该材料具有较高的强度、硬度和韧性。现场应用表明:其使用寿命是高锰钢的两倍以上。
The structural characteristics and mechanical performance of a new hypo-alloy wearable cast steel was studied,and the influence of the ingredient and heat treatment on the structure, dynamics performance and wear resistance of the new steel was discussed, The results show that the new product is capable of better strength, rigidity and toughness. Also practical application indicates that it can survive two times longer than the high manganese steel.
