摘要
实验研究了Mg-9.5Al-1.2Zn-0.3Mn镁合金在几种不同变质、精炼条件下铸件的组织和力学性能。结果表明:经变质、精炼处理后,镁合金铸件晶粒均得到明显细化,力学性能显著提高。其中C2Cl6变质结合Ar气吹洗精炼的效果最好,在此条件下,铸件T6状态力学性能达到了σ0.2=163.4 MPa、σb=311.0 MPa、δ=5.27%。
The microstructures and mechanical properties of Mg-9.5Al-1.2Zn-0.3Mn magnesium alloys under different modifying and refining treatments have been studied. The results show that the grain sizes of magnesium alloys distinctly decrease and the properties observably increase by modified and refined. The method of modifying with C2Cl6 and refining with argon gas have the best effect on the mechanical properties of Mg-Al series magnesium alloys, and the yield strength, ultimate strength and elongation in T6 status are 163.4MPa, 311.0MPa and 5 27% respectively.
