摘要
通过挤压试验,探索出一条TC4钛合金假肢热挤压工艺路线,分析了挤压前后组织和性能的变化。试验结果表明:影响挤压效果的主要因素是挤压比、挤压温度、模具温度、润滑剂等,挤压后合金的综合力学性能和冲击韧度都有不同程度的改善和提高,组织得到细化。
This paper explored a technologic way on heat-extrusion of TC4 titanium alloy artificial limb by extrusion experiment,and analized the changes of microstructure and properties after extrusion. The results show that the central factors of influence on extrusion are extrusion ratio, extrusion temperature, die temperature, lubricant and so on. General mechanical properties and impact toughness are inproved after extrusion, and microstructure fines.
