摘要
针对特殊的铸件材质,用数值模拟的方法,计算并对比分析了不同冒口数量下阀体铸件的凝固过程。根据FEEDING缺陷及NIYAMA缺陷比较了不同工艺方案铸件的质量,为该件的顺利生产奠定了基础。
Based on the CAE technology , by using method of numerical simulation,calculating and analyjing comparatively the solidification processes of valve body casting under the condition of different riser quantities, which results in the improvement of casting quality.
