Mini-anatomized armor plate treatment of metacarpus and phalange fracture

目的探讨微型解剖钢板固定治疗掌指骨折的临床疗效。方法采用微型解剖钢板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折20例。结果随访3个月～1年半,所有骨折骨性愈合,按 ATM 评价功能优14例,良4例。结论微型解剖钢板手术治疗掌指骨骨折操作简单,复位良好,固定可靠,能早期功能锻炼,有利于手部功能恢复,取得满意治疗效果,是一种手术治疗掌指骨骨折较理想的内固定方法。

objective to discus the clinical effects of Mini-anatomized armor plate treatment of metacarpus and phalange fracture. Methods Mini-anatomized armor plate treatment of metacarpus and phalange fracture 20 cases. Results following time 3 months to 1,3 years, all ofthe cases healed. The outcome of evaluatedby ATM, excellent 14 cases and fair 4 cases. Conclusion lt was operation simple and rigid fixation that Mini-anatomized armor plate treatment of metacarpus and phalange fracture.
