中等师范学校升格为师范学院后,历史课程与教学必须作相应的改革。其中关键是历史教师的转型。本文从更新教育理念、转变职业角色、优化教学方法三个方面探讨师范学院历史教师的转型问题。

After upgrading of medium normal school to college, the curricula and teaching of history must be adjusted. And the Change of history teachers is most important of all. This paper states the change of history teachers in respect of renewing idea of education, transforming character of profession and improving, method of teaching.
