浅谈高职院校采购工作的监督

Briefly about Supervision of Stock Work in Vocational Colleges

高职院校后勤采购工作作为一项基础性和保障性工作,是高等职业教育事业不可缺少的组成部分。贯彻执行“公开、公平、公正、诚实信用”原则,关键在于对采购工作形成有效的外部监督制度和严格的内部制约机制。本文通过对高职院校采购监督工作的现状和制约因素的分析,构建了采购工作监督体系框架。

As a basic and indemnificatory work in higher vocational colleges, the stock work is an essential part in the education industry. In order to implement the principle ＂transparence, fair, justice, honest and credit＂, the key is to establish an effective system of both supervision outside and restriction inside. This paper has established a frame of supervision system of the stock work by analyzing the current situation and factors of the stock work.
