综合疗法治疗儿童弱视效果的观察与护理

Observation of the Effect of Integrative Therapy in Children with Amblyopia and It's Nursing Care

目的探讨综合方案对儿童弱视治疗、护理的效果。方法选择2000年2月～2005年2月间收治的各种不同类型弱视患儿56例共74只弱视眼,进行评估和分析,制定出相应的综合治疗护理计划,按要求严格执行。观察分析不同年龄、弱视类型和注视性质患儿的治疗效果。结果不同年龄组患儿疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05),斜视性弱视与屈光不正性弱视及屈光参差性弱视相比,疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05),轻度弱视的治疗效果明显优于中度和重度弱视。结论综合疗法治疗儿童弱视有较好效果,疗效与患儿年龄、弱视类型和原有弱视程度有关。贵在早期发现,坚持治疗,护患配合,根据治疗情况细致调整,以最大限度地恢复正常视功能。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect in children with amblyopia who underwent integrative therapy and it＇s nursing care. Methods Fifty-six children with different types of amblyopia （74 eyes in total） in our department were enrolled from Februry 2000 to Februry 2005. An integrative therapy was carefully designed for each patient and strictly conducted according to the requirements of different types of amblyopia. The therapeutic effect was closely observed and evaluated. Results There was a significant difference in the therapeutic effect among children of different ages（ P 〈 0.05）, The effect in patients with strabismus amblyopia was significantly different from that in patients with refractive error amblyopia or anisometropia amblyopia（ P 〈 0. 05）. The therapeutic effect in patients with mild amblyopia was superior than those with medium and severe amblyopia. Conclusion The integrative therapy is effective in children with amblyopia. Its effecacy is related to their age, type and original degree of amblyopia. To achieve the best visual function, early diagnosis, persistent treatment, close cooperation between patients and nurses, and timely adjustment of treatment are imporant factors.
