摘要
钠钾ATP酶活性对维持多种细胞的正常机能状态具有重要作用。自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)主动脉平滑肌细胞膜、红细胞膜钠钾ATP酶活性均低于正常血压大鼠。丹酚酸A(SalA)0.1~0.01μmol/L可明显促进正常血压和高血压大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞膜、红细胞膜总ATP酶和钠钾ATP酶活性,但丹酚酸A浓度>1μmol/L时对ATP酶活性有显著的抑制作用。
It is important for Na ̄+,K ̄+ ATPase to maintain the normal function of many kinds of cells.In spontaneously hypertensive rat(SHR) Na ̄+,K ̄+ ATPase activities of artery smooth muscle cell membrane and red blood cell membrane are lower than those in general rat(GR).The experiments showed that in SHR and GR the total ATPase and Na ̄+ ,K ̄+ATPase activities were increased when the concentration of salvianolic acid A(Sal A)was 0. 01 ̄0. 1μmol·L ̄(-1),however,inhibited when the concentration of Sal A was more than 1Pmol·L ̄(-1).
