甲状腺肿瘤细胞DNA含量分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文应用流式细胞术对66例甲状腺肿瘤进行了DNA含量分析。结果表明26例甲状腺腺癌中,11例为DNA异倍体,12例为近二倍体;不同类型的甲状腺癌之间,DNA含量无统计学差异,但DNA合量与组织学分化程度密切相关。40例甲状腺腺瘤中,仅2例为DNA异倍体,与甲状腺球癌相比,甲状腺癌的异倍体率明显升高(P<0.01);且2例经重新复习切片,1例被确诊为滤泡性癌,另1例伴有不典型增生。因此,流式分析DNA含量对良、恶性的鉴别具有重要价值。 DNA content in 66 paraffin embedded thyroid tumors(26 adenocarcinomas and 40 adenomas)were analysed by flow cytometry.The results showed that 11 of 26 carcinomas were aneuploidy and DNA content was not significant difference in different histological types,but it was closely related to the degree of malignancy.In the 40 cases of adenomas,only 2 were aneuploidy.The sections were reviewed,one was thyroid follicular carcinoma,the another was adenoma with dysplasia.The findings indicate the DNA aneuploidy is a possible aid in the often difficult histopathologic distinction of thyroid follicular carcinomas from adenomas.
