雏鸡内耳蜗管的组织学观察

OBSERVATION OF THE HISTOLOGICAL STRUCTURE IN CHICKEN COCHLEAR DUCT

应用连续切片技术对雏鸡内耳蜗管的光镜下结构进行观察，并和豚鼠的内耳蜗管结构相比较。结果发现，雏鸡内耳蜗管的基底乳头和血管盖与豚鼠内耳相应的组织结构非常相似，但又存在一定的区别，我们对血管盖在光镜下的组织学特点作了较为详尽的描述。

We compared the cochlear duct of the chicken inner ear with that of the quinea pig under light microscopy by using series microtomy.The results showed that the basilar papilla and tegmentum vasculosum of the chicken inner ear were very similar to those of the guinea pig,there were also some differences between them.The histological features of the tegmentum vasculosum under light microscopy are described in detail.
