摘要
本文简要论述了高等教育与构建和谐社会的关系,着重强调了在新的历史时期为了使高等教育适应并促进和谐社会的发展,必须重新确立高校的定位和发展战略,提高高校的办学质量,充分利用高校的科研优势,完成高等教育在新时期肩负的历史责任。
This paper briefly discusses the connection between higner education ciety. In order to build a harmonious society, we must establish the position of and the strategy of development for universities, improve education quality, take the advantage of scientific research and fulfil the historic responsibility of higher education in a new age.
