我国职业运动员是我国计划经济向市场经济转变后体育产业化发展的产物。通过对我国职业运动员目前管理水平进行分析,职业运动员权利应该依靠相关法律来保证,规范我国职业运动员管理。

Professional athletes are brought about by the transformation of our national planned economy to market economy. Due to the unsatisfactory management of the professional athletes in our country, much consideration has been put forward, especially on the rights of the athletes and a complete set of legislation is required aiming at promoting the national management level on professional athletes.
