摘要
进行了不同添加剂、电铸温度、酸度、FeCl_2CaCl_2组成配比和杂质对铁箔质量影响的研究。用实验室连续电铸装置已电铸出厚度为20~40μm,宽为200μm的成卷光亮平滑铁箔。采用不溶性石墨阳极时最大电流密度达42.85A/dm^2。在同一体系中添加40g/L NiCl·6H_2O,制得的Fe-Ni合金箔含量随硫脲的不同添加量而变化。使Fe-Ni合金箔连续电铸成为可能。
The factors, mcluding additive, temperature, acidity, FeCl_2/CaCl_2, ratio and impurities, influencing the the properties of iron and iron alloy electroforming foils have been mvestigated. A stable solution consisting of 300~400g/L FeCl_2, 100~150g/L CaCl_2 and 1ml/L. additive is recommended. A roll of bright smooth iron foil with thickness 20~40μm and width 200μm have been continuously prepared in the laboratory.
