106例耐多药肺结核临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect on 106 Multi-drug Resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients

目的分析耐多药肺结核的临床疗效,为探索有效的防治对策提供依据。方法对近2年106例耐多药肺结核患者的临床疗效进行统计与分析。结果疗程结束时,106例患者经治疗后痰菌转阴率、病灶吸收率和空洞闭合率分别达到89.6%、84.9%和77.6%。结论控制耐多药肺结核病,关键在于制定合理有效的化疗方案,并借助于外科治疗。

Objective To analyze clinical curative effect of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis in order to provide the basis for good prevention and curing measures. Method The curative effect of 106 multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients in recent two years had been counted and analyzed. Results The rates of TB-sputum negative reaction, absorption and cavity healing of the patients reached 89.6%, 84.9% and 77.6% respectively by the end of treatment course. Conclusions It was very important to make rational and efficacious chemotherapeutic protocols so as to control the multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients, as well as the way of surgery.
