L──谷氨酸钠对大鼠心功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 实验用左心室内插管技术,采集信号经A/P板输入微机,用CARDID软件,记录心室功能的多项指标,分析经尾静脉注射L-谷氨酸钠(Glu)前后心功能指标的变化。结果表明,注射10mg/ml~15mg/mlGlu,可使心率明显加快,心肌收缩力量加强,持续15~20min,注射后30min恢复注射前水平。而高浓度Glu(25mg/ml)心功能各项指标变化不如低浓度Glu的影响明显。 With acannula inserted into the rats' left ventricle,the indexes concerning cardiac function were sampled. A/D converted,and then transferred to a computer to be recorded and analysed with CARDID software. The effect of L-Glutamic acid(Glu) injected into rats' tail veins on the cardiac function was studied. The result showed that injection of L-Glu(10~15mg/ml) could increase the heart rate markedly and potentiate the cardiac contractility obvously, the effect lasted 15~20 min and the indexes were restored to their control level 30 min after the injection. Furthermore.the effect of Glu of high concentration(25mg/ml) on the indexes concerning cardiac function was not so obvions as that of low concentration.
