L──谷氨酸钠对大鼠心功能的影响

EFFECT OF L-GLUTAMIC ACID ON CARDIAC FUNCTION OF RATS

实验用左心室内插管技术，采集信号经Ａ／Ｐ板输入微机，用ＣＡＲＤＩＤ软件，记录心室功能的多项指标，分析经尾静脉注射Ｌ－谷氨酸钠（Ｇｌｕ）前后心功能指标的变化。结果表明，注射１０ｍｇ／ｍｌ～１５ｍｇ／ｍｌＧｌｕ，可使心率明显加快，心肌收缩力量加强，持续１５～２０ｍｉｎ，注射后３０ｍｉｎ恢复注射前水平。而高浓度Ｇｌｕ（２５ｍｇ／ｍｌ）心功能各项指标变化不如低浓度Ｇｌｕ的影响明显。

With acannula inserted into the rats' left ventricle,the indexes concerning cardiac function were sampled. A/D converted,and then transferred to a computer to be recorded and analysed with CARDID software. The effect of L-Glutamic acid(Glu) injected into rats' tail veins on the cardiac function was studied. The result showed that injection of L-Glu(10～15mg/ml) could increase the heart rate markedly and potentiate the cardiac contractility obvously, the effect lasted 15～20 min and the indexes were restored to their control level 30 min after the injection. Furthermore.the effect of Glu of high concentration(25mg/ml) on the indexes concerning cardiac function was not so obvions as that of low concentration.
