LPO、MDA、SOD、GSH-PX测定对脑外伤高压氧治疗的疗效评估

摘要 对40例脑外伤患者进行了高压氧治疗,并在治疗前后进行了血清过氧化脂质(LPO)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的测定。结果:治疗前LPO、MDA、SOD、GSH-PX分别为:8.04±1.25(μmol/L)、7.35±0.20(nM/ml)、88.30±15.20(Nu/ml)、171.56±28.20(u),治疗后为5.35±1.75(umol/L),4.85±1.20(nM/ml),97.44±21.02(Nu/ml),188.85±45.55(u)。治疗前病人组LPO、MDA含量明显高于健康组,而SOD、GSH-PX活力则明显低于健康组。治疗后随着症状体征的消失,LPO、MDA明显降低,而SOD、GSH-PX逐渐升高,四项指标均向正常范围逆转。且SOD、GSH-PX已接近正常值(P>0.05).故LPO、MDA、SOD、GSH-PX的测定可做为高压氧治疗脑外伤的有价值的疗效判断指标而用于临床。 Lipid peroxide(LPO), malondiadehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) were determined in 40 patients with brain injury before and after being treated with hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO). The results showed that LPO, MDA, SOD and GSH-Px were 8. 04 ± 1.25μmol/L, 7. 35 ± 0. 20nM/ml, 88. 30 ± 15. 20NU/ml, 171. 56 ± 28. 20U respectively before treatment and 5. 35 ± 1. 75Iμmol/L, 4. 85 ± 1. 20nM/ml, 97. 44 ± 21. 02NU/ml, 188. 85 ± 45. 55U correspondingly after treatment. Before treatment, LPO, MDA were higher and SOD,GSH-Px were lower in patients than those in healthy people.However, LPO, MDA decreased and SOD ,GSH-Px increased obviously and SOD, GSH-Px became near normal ranges after treatment with symptoms and signs subsiding. It is suggested that LPO,MDA,SOD and GSH-Px can be used as new valuable indexes for curative effect judgement of HBO to brain injury.
