摘要
“理、情、利”三者是工会工作中思想教育不可缺一的砝码,是以人为本的重要体现,把工会工作寓于对人的尊重、理解、关心之中,渗透到教育、教学、管理、服务、分配和日常生活等各个环节和细节中去。
Rationality, emotion and profit are important for the ideological education of labor union＇s work which is an embodiment of human - oriented system. Labor union＇ s work should be based on respect, understanding and regarding for everyone, and penetrate into daily life.
