摘要
用社会学研究方法就山东潍坊市328名麻风病人对营养的知识、态度和行为进行了调查,结果表明,麻风病人对营养的知识都很低,尤其是文化程度低而年龄高者;其饮食行为不合理,选择食物较单一,但他们对接受营养教育的态度良好;此外,还发现麻风病人对营养的知识与有关的态度和行为之间存在相关关系。
Knowledge, attitude and practice on nutrition in 328 leprosy patients were surveyed in Weifang City,Shandong Province. The results showed that their knowledge on nutrition was too few, especially in the aged with lower cultural level, as their dietary practice was irrational and food was dull, but they want to have knowledge on this aspect, so the authors held that it is needed to give them health education on diet and nutrition.
