全反式维甲酸配合藻酸双脂钠防治APL并发DIC疗效观察

Treatment of APL with DIC Using drugs of ATRA and PSS

用全反式维甲酸（ATRA）配合藻酸双脂钠（PSS）诱导分化治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病（APL）18例,CR率88.9%。通过与不用PSS组对比,表明可以减少治疗中DIC的发生率和降低DIC的相关死亡率。

18 cases of APL were treated use of drugs of ATRR and PSS. CR rates were attained 88.9%. Because of using PSS.the rates of DIC and the rates of death were decreased.
