军队药材联勤保障效能评估研究

Research on Efficiency Evaluation of Joint Services Support of Military Medicinal Materials

目的:本研究依据卫生资源配置理论、军队药材保障理论,构建军队药材联勤保障机构效能评估指标体系以及评估模型,为军队药材联勤保障机构效能提出了政策建议。方法:采用层次分析法,专家咨询法建立评估指标体系,运用综合评价法构建药材保障评估模型。结果:某战区资源配置合理,保障能力较强,保障任务完成良好,战备训练体系完善,管理科学,总体保障效能较高。结论:指标体系内容完善,标准制定合理,实用性较强。

Objective： On the basis of the theory of health resource allocation and military medicinal material support, the study establishes the index system and model to evaluate the efficiency of joint service support of military medicinal materials and propose advices to improve the efficiency. Method： Set up the index system by AHP and expert consultation, establish the evaluation model by synthesize evaluation. Results： Some military area command who had used the index system and model improve the support efficiency. Conclusion： The contents and standards of index system are reasonable, the practicability of it is good.
