军队医药卫生科技查新审核(科研立项和成果申报)工作是医药卫生科研管理工作的重要组成部分。审核工作是查新工作的最后一个流程,项目评审专家能否相信查新报告结论,取决于查新报告品质。因此,审核工作起到了把关定向的作用。本文指出了科技查新报告审核工作中存在的问题,阐述了审核工作的意义及其重要性,目的是为提高军队医药卫生科技查新质量,为科研管理提供可靠的保障。

Evaluation of achievements in medical and health sciences of the Chinese PLA （ including application for both scientific research projects and achievements） is one of the important components in the management of medica1 sciences and technologies. Checkup verification is the last step in the evaluating process of achievements. Whether the final evaluation report can be passed by the experts who are responsible for its examination and verification depends on whether the conclusion is objective and fair. Therefore, checkup verification of the evaluated achievements plays an important role in keeping its soundness and direction, and this is why its significance and problems are pointed out and dealt with in this paper with the purpose to improve the evaluation of achievements in medical and health sciences of the Chinese PLA and to provide scientific basis for the management of scientific research.
