Main Problems and Solutions in The Work of Hospital Information System Maintenance

通过对大型综合性医院2004年1—10月医院信息系统软、硬件维护数据的统计及分析,总结了综合性医院信息系统维护经验及管理办法:在软件方面自行研制一套软件维护工具,在硬件方面主要是通过招标采购、招聘地方有一定特长的人员、数据备份到位等措施,形成一整套完善、规范、高效的信息系统维护管理方法。

This article analyzed data of HIS software and hardware maintenance in a large synthesize hospital from January to October in 2004, summed up a set of perfect, normal and efficient management measures of HIS maintenance which include two aspects. In the aspect of software, we exploit a suit of maintenance software according to data construction of HIS and characteristics of hospital management process, which is provided to help engineers to maintain the HIS and improve the quality and efficiency of the work of maintenance. In the hardware, we also do some efforts as follow ： buy high quantity computer by bid and reduce the failure rate of machines, adopt personnel of computer specialty to shorten the time of responding and expelling failure, backup data backup to cope with emergency.
