Status Quo and Development of Science and Technology of Bone Surgery

摘要 本文简要介绍了国外骨科学科技术发展简史和现状,分别从关节外科、创伤外科、脊柱外科三个方面阐述了国内骨外科技术的发展,指出目前国内骨科技术的局限性和不足,主要表现在基础研究相对薄弱、自主知识产权相对少、主要分支专业尚需突破和创新。并以“上海长征医院全军骨科研究所”学科建设发展为例,对脊柱外科、关节外科、创伤外科、严重骨盆环顾着和复杂性髋臼骨折、修复重建外科发展进行了探讨,为新形势下促进骨科学科技术发展提供经验。 People pay more and more attentions on the development of science of bone surgery. The article introduces the history and status quo of science of bone surgery abroad in brief, elaborates the achievement of this science from three aspects as arthro - surgery, traumatic surgery and rachio - surgery, and points out some deficien- cies of the science in domestic such as the weak of basic research, the less of independent intelligent property right, the old of branch specialty. At last, it discusses the development of bone surgery with the sample of "Military Orthopedics Institute of Shanghai Changzhen Hospital" which will help to develop the science of bone surgery.
