我国高校排球发球技术教学中运用“表象训练教学法”的研究 被引量:5

摘要 表象训练是心理训练之一,又是心理技能训练的核心环节,表象训练教学法是充分调动学生大脑的形象思维能力,用清晰的发球动作表象作为自己该技术动作的“镜像”和这一动作过程中心理活动的引导。在高校排球教学中运用表象训练可形成和完善技术的动作概念,加深对动作技术的理解和掌握。用该教学法还有利于学生对发球技术和心理素质的同步提高,对提高发球技术教学效果具有促进作用。通过教学实验表明:实验班排球发球技术的掌握情况比对照班好。通过对两班学生发球技术的考核,实验班成绩优于对照班;对考核成绩进行T检验,两班考核结果具有显著性差异(P<0.01),教学效果显著。 Image training is a kind of psychological training, and furthermore it is the key to psychology training. The purpose of using it in volleyball teaching in colleges and universiti is not only because image training help traines to build up a right conception about technique and improve it but also to grasp the techniqne.This method is useful for students to improve Serving technology and psychological quality simultaneously and promote the teaching effect of Serving technology . The experiment show:That the marks of the students in the experimental class were better than those in the controlone. By checking up the marks. In the T test it shows that there was significant difference between the assessment results of the two classes(P 〈 0.01 ). Good teaching results were aehieved by the imagination training.
