Research on the Reserve Sport Talents' Cultivation at Rural Schools of Minorities

农村少数民族地区蕴藏着大批能吃苦耐劳的运动人才,是竞技体育后备人才的重要来源地。针对目前此领域研究甚少,揭示这一地区培养体育后备人才的成功之路,有力地指导我国农村民族学校体育后备人才的培养。

There exists large numbers of hardy sport talents in the rural areas of minority, which is the important resource of the reserve sport talents. In view of few researches in this field, at a regional angle, we have studied the reserve sport talents of rural schools of minority in undeveloped area, aiming at revealing the successful way of the sport talents＇ cultivation, and forcefully instructing the sport talents＇ cultivation at rural schools of minorities in our country.
