我国竞技体操后备人才现状分析

Analysis of Present Situation of the Reserve Talents of Artistic Gymnastics in China

应用文献资料法研究分析我国竞技体操后备人才现状,指出当前后备人才培养存在总量偏少和各省、市队人数严重失衡等现象,从而提出针对性的建议,促进我国竞技体操后备人才与体操事业的发展。

This paper analysis the present situation of reserve artistic gymnastics talents in China, employing the research methods of literature. At present, general quantity is less and the amount is overbalance all over the provinces and cities in training of reserve talents, and the author of this paper puts forward pertinent suggestions, aiming to promote the development of reserve talent of artistic gymnastics and gymnastics undertakings.
