试论加快农村城镇化和工业化的对策

Countermeasures of Accelerating Rural Urbanization and Industrialization

该文从我国农村目前面临的主要问题出发,指出“三农”问题的核心在于农民问题。发展农村经济,必须以农村大量劳动力转移出农业为前提,而要实现这一目标,就必须加快农村工业化和城镇化的进程,坚持工业化和城镇化的良性互动。

The article studies the current main problem China＇s rural areas are facing with and points out its core is ＂the three farmer-related problems＂. To develop the rural economy, it is vital to transfer most of the labor forces in China＇ s rural areas to cities. The goal would be achieved by speeding up urbanization and industrialization .The article suggests we should persist in the benign interaction of urbanization and industrialization.
