摘要
人力资源的培养对于急诊科乃至急诊医学的发展都至关重要。近年来,四川大学华西医院急诊科对住院医师培养的问题进行了一系列的探索。其培训在实践上历经了从以轮转为主到以专科为主的三个时期;在理念上产生了“全科医师”到“急诊专科医师”的巨大转变;在管理上实现了规划性的统筹设计、标准化的目标设定、规范性的考核要求。
Personnel resource is very important for the development of emergency department and emergency medicine. In recent years a series of researches for the standardized training of emergency residents have been progressed in the Emergency Department of West China Hospital. It goes through three phases. The idea of the training changes from "general physician" to "emergency specialist". And the training is designed, practised and assessed with standardization.
