摘要
通过对舰艇部队卫生干部继续教育和双向代职情况调查分析,发现基层卫生干部获得继续教育的机会不多,医院和基层卫生单位的双向交流也存在一些实际困难,并针对问题提出了相应的对策。
Based on the investigation of CME and the two-way function in an acting capacity, it was found that there was few chance of CME for medical staff in ship units and there were some difficulties in the implementing of two-way intercourse between hospitals and ship units. And some corresponding suggestions were put forward also.
