摘要
磁流体是具有磁性和流动性的一种新型功能材料,以其独特的性能在传感器领域具有巨大的应用潜力。按照检测量的不同,全面介绍角度、体积、流量、磁场、加速度及其他磁流体传感器的成果及最新进展,分析各类磁流体传感器的工作原理。最后,分析目前研究中存在的一些问题,指出未来磁流体传感器研究的潜在发展趋势。
Magnetic fluid is a new type function material which is both magnetic and liquid. Based on the unique properties of magnetic fluid, it has numerous potential on sensor application. According to the difference of measured quantities, such as angle, volume, flow, magnetic field and acceleration, all kinds of sensors are presented, their principles are analyzed. Finally, some problems and the future development trend of magnetic fluid sensors is indicated.
