摘要 介绍了薄带材智能辐射测厚仪的测量原理、结构组成;研究与分析了影响辐射测厚仪测量精度的各种因素;给出了一整套相应的保证和提高辐射测厚仪的测量精度的集成处理方法,如根据不同被测对象和测量范围选择不同放射源、标定曲线方法、动态自动校正、动态温度补偿等。实验结果表明:在定量为20~4000g/m。或厚度为0.02-4mm的测量范围内,测量精度为±0.5%,性能稳定可靠,能广泛应用于纸张、塑料、橡胶、金属等各种薄带材的在线定量或厚度测量。 The measuring principle and construction of an intelligent radiation thickness gauge are introduced. All kinds of factors that may influence the accuracy of the intelligent radiation thickness gauge are studied. A set of integrated treatment methods to ensure high accuracy to the intelligent radiation thickness gauge is presented, such as choosing a suitable radiation source according to different object and measurement range, calibration-curve method, automatic dynamic adjustment, dynamic temperature compensation and manual correction. The experimental result shows that the measurement accuracy of the gauge is ± 0.5 % in a basis weight range of 20 - 4 000 g/m^2 or a thickness range of 0.02 - 4 ram, the quality of the gauge is stable and reliable. It can be widely used in the on-line basis weight or thickness measurement for the production lines of thin-sheet materials such as paper, plastic and metal strips.
