摘要
目的观察摄入不同剂量锌对大鼠生长发育和机体脂质过氧化及抗氧化酶的影响。方法健康SD大鼠64只,随机分为4组,每组16只,雌雄各半,分别用含锌9、30、150、400mg/kg的饲料饲养40d,测定大鼠相应生长发育指标和血清及心、肝、脾、脑、肾、睾丸中的锌、铜、铁、丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力等指标。结果与30mg/kg组比较,9、400mg/kg组大鼠的体重增加和股骨生长缓慢(P<0.05),雄鼠饲料利用率降低(P<0.05);9、400mg/kg组大鼠的心、肝、脑、脾的脏器系数升高(P<0.05);9、400mg/kg组的大鼠的血清、心、睾丸中铜含量降低(P<0.05),9、400mg/kg组大鼠的血清、肾中MDA含量增加(P<0.05),心中GSH-Px活力降低(P<0.05),9mg/kg组大鼠肝脏和400mg/kg组大鼠心脏中SOD活力降低(P<0.05)。结论锌摄入不足或过量会影响大鼠的生长发育;会使血清及脏器中的脂质过氧化作用增强,但对不同脏器的不同抗氧化酶的活力影响不同。
Objective To study the effect of zinc on lipid peroxidation, anti-oxidase and development of rats. Methods 64 SD rats [weight was(109.7±10.4) g, 32 male, 32 female] were randomly divided into 4 groups. Every group was fed on the fodder contained zinc of different eontent for 40 days to build animal model. The Zn, Cu, Fe and MDA contents, SOD and GSH-Px activity in tissue of rats were determined. The One-way ANOVA test was used for muhiple related samples and simple correlation analysis was used. Results Compared with 30 mg/kg group, the development of thighbones and the body weight of rats in groups with zinc exposure doses of 9 and 400 mg/kg bw were significantly retarded, the consumption rate of fodder was lower in male rats (P〈0.05). In both low close and high dose groups(9 and 400 mg/kg bw), the viscera indexes increased significantly (P〈0.05), Cu content in the heart, serum and testis decreased significantly (P〈0.05), MDA in the serum and kidney increased significantly (P〈0.05), GSH-Px activity in the serum and heart deereased significantly (P〈0.05). Conclusion Both of deficiency and excessive intake of zinc may have an adverse effect on the development and anti-oxidation function of rats.
