化妆品中7种抗生素及地塞米松磷酸钠和水杨酸的高效液相色谱测定法 被引量:21

摘要 目的建立祛痘除螨类化妆品中7种抗生素、1种糖皮质激素(地塞米松磷酸钠)和水杨酸同时测定的高效液相色谱法。方法采用C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇∶乙腈∶0.01mol/L草酸=11∶22∶67(体积比)为流动相,流速为0.8ml/min,检测波长为240和268nm,柱温为25℃,在此色谱条件下进行检测。结果该方法各组分检出限为0.1~5mg/L,线性范围为10~600mg/L,RSD≤2.58%,加标回收率为99.1%~126.3%。结论该法操作简便、准确、快速,能够检测祛痘除螨类化妆品中7种抗生素以及地塞米松磷酸钠和水杨酸的含量。 Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of 7 kinds of antibiotics, dexamethasone phosphate disodinm salt and salicylic acid in anti-ache cosmetics. Methods 7 kinds of antibiotics, dexamethasone phosphate disodium salt and salicylic acid were separated on a C18 column using methanol:acetonitrile-aqueous solutions:0.01 mol/L oxalic acid=11:22:67 (V:V:V) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min, with the column temperature 25 ℃ and detection wave 240 nm and 268 nm. Results The detection limits were 0.1-5 mg/L, the calibration curves were liner in the range of 10-600 mg/L,the precision was not more than 2.58% and the rate of recovery were 99.1% to 126.3%. Conclusion The method established in the present paper is simple, precise , fast and suitable for determination of 7 kinds of antibiotics, dexamethasone phosphate disodium salt and salicylic acid in anti-acne cosmetics.
