摘要
目的探讨饮用水中镉的达旦黄-吐温80分光光度测定法。方法当pH=9~13时,饮用水中的镉和达旦黄-吐温80易形成稳定的络合物,产生强烈共振光,据此建立测定水样中镉的分光光度测定法。结果该络合物的最大共振光散射峰位于480nm处,镉的浓度在0~320mg/L(0~16μg/50ml)范围内与共振光散射强度呈良好线性关系,检出限为0.1μg,RSD为1.14%~3.92%,加标回收率为95.3%~103.0%。结论该方法操作简便,具有较高的灵敏度和选择性,适用于生活饮用水中镉的测定。
Objective To make a simple method for determination of the cadmium in drinking water. Methods The cadmium Titan yellow-Tween 80 complex compound formed in the condition of pH=9-13 may result in significant enhancement of resonance light-scattering(RLS), based on the principle, cadmium in drinking water can be determined accurately. Results The complex compound exhibited maximum RLS peak at 480 nm, the intensity of RLS showed good linear relationship with the concentration of cadmium in the range of 0-320 mg/L(0-16 μg/50 ml) and the detection limit for Cd was 0.1 μg, RSD was 1.14%- 3.92%, the recovery rate was 95.3%-103.0%. Conclusion Tbis method showed a high sensitivity, good selectivity and it is suitable for determination of cadmium in drinking water with satisfactory result.
